Modern two-bedroom townhouses in a gated development a short walk from Worksop town centre. Each sleeps up to four and has two ensuite bedrooms plus a downstairs WC, so nobody's queuing for the shower at 6am.
The bedroom layouts vary a little, so pick the one that suits your team:

Every Abbey Park townhouse has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a L'OR coffee machine with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits, fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and desk space.
Parking: one space per house in the gated car park, plus some visitor spaces on a first-come, first-served basis and disabled bays. If the team has extra vehicles, there's on-street parking nearby and paid parking just outside the complex.
Norfolk Street house
A two-bedroom house on a quiet street a short walk from the town centre. It sleeps four, with a double bedroom and a super king that can be set up as twin beds, a downstairs bathroom with a bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, a Smart TV and desk space.
Parking: one on-street parking permit is included. Vans are usually fine - for larger vehicles, just check with us before you book. There's also paid parking at the end of the street.

Both properties are close to Worksop town centre, with supermarkets, takeaways and pubs nearby. Approximate drive times from Abbey Park:
Manton Wood Enterprise Park (B&Q, Greencore and other distribution and food sites off the A57) - about 2 miles, around 5 minutes
Explore Industrial Park, Steetley (home to Laing O'Rourke's off-site manufacturing facility) - about 3.5 miles, around 10 minutes
Bassetlaw Hospital - about 1 mile, a few minutes
Worksop railway station - about 1 mile
The A1 via the A57 - around 10 minutes
M1 Junctions 30 and 31 - around 15 minutes, for Sheffield, Rotherham and Chesterfield

Our minimum stays are flexible and depend on the time of year and how far ahead you book. Get in touch for short-notice or shorter stays. For longer projects, we offer substantial discounts.

All bills, fast Wi-Fi, hotel-quality bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a Smart TV with Netflix, and complimentary tea and coffee to start you off. Every stay includes a professional clean and a fresh linen change. Extra mid-stay cleans can be arranged, and for longer or repeat bookings, ask us about regular cleans.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-in is self-service, so late arrivals aren't a problem - you'll get a link to our guest portal with directions, Wi-Fi details and door codes before you arrive.
What happens if the project dates change?
Just let us know. It's easy to extend a stay, and our cancellation terms are clear and set out before you book.
