EvoStar Short Stays has five fully furnished homes in Worksop: four two-bedroom townhouses at Abbey Park, a gated development a short walk from the town centre, and a two-bedroom house on Norfolk Street. Between them they sleep 20, and each one has a proper kitchen, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix.
They're run by our own team on Retford Road in Worksop, so there's always someone local who knows the homes. Contractors and site teams, business visitors, people on secondments or training courses, and households who need somewhere to live while their own home is repaired all stay with us.
Best price guaranteed when you book direct, with no booking fees when you book direct.

A whole house works better than a row of hotel rooms for a team on a longer job. Everyone gets a proper bed, there's a kitchen to cook a real meal after the shift, and workwear gets washed midweek without a trip to the launderette.
All bills are included, and every stay includes a clean and a fresh linen change. On stays of 14 nights or more you get a free mid-stay clean and linen change too. Self check-in is from 4pm with 24/7 lockbox access, so late arrivals aren't a problem, and check-out is by 10am.
For company bookings we send monthly invoices with your PO number, and most companies pay by bank transfer. Monthly rates are available on stays of 28 nights or more. Solar farm crews have stayed with us at Abbey Park, and Shireoaks Solar Farm, west of Worksop, was approved in June 2026.
See the full details for teams on our contractor accommodation in Worksop page.

If a flood, fire or leak means you can't live in your own home, we can give you a fully furnished home in Worksop for as long as the repairs take - from a few weeks to a year or more.
We can invoice the insurer, loss adjuster or agent directly, whichever suits them, and you have one point of contact the whole way through. We once housed an insurance accommodation client for 9 months after flood damage, with one team handling every query and change.

Four modern two-bedroom townhouses in a gated development, a short walk from Worksop town centre. Each sleeps up to 4, with two en-suite bedrooms and a downstairs WC, so nobody queues for the shower in the morning. Some bedrooms have a super king that can be split into two singles.
Every townhouse has a dishwasher, a washer dryer, blackout blinds, a mini desk and a Philips pod coffee machine (Nespresso-compatible pods supplied). Parking is one space per house in the gated car park, plus visitor spaces. The automated gates have no height limit, so vans fit.

Worksop is a market town known as the "Gateway to the Dukeries", surrounded by the remains of ancient royal hunting grounds. In the town itself is Worksop Priory, a 12th-century Augustinian priory, with the Priory Church of St Mary and St Cuthbert and its beautiful gatehouse.
A short drive away is Clumber Park, cared for by the National Trust - over 3,800 acres of parkland, heath and woods, with a serpentine lake and the longest double avenue of lime trees in Europe. Sherwood Forest, the legendary home of Robin Hood, is within easy reach, and so is Creswell Crags, a limestone gorge whose caves were once home to our Ice Age ancestors, with a museum and heritage centre.
The stately homes of the Dukeries, including Thoresby Hall and Welbeck Abbey, are nearby too, so there's plenty to do on a day off.
